Triggers

A workflow can start when a contact enters a segment, when a specific event fires from your API (signup, upgrade, feature_used), on a manual launch, or on a schedule. Triggers are first-class: swap one for another without rebuilding the rest of the flow.

Branching that handles the real world

If/else nodes split based on any attribute or event check. Users who opened your welcome email get path A; users who did not get path B. Both paths can continue independently with their own waits, sends, and further branches. Loops are prevented at save time.

Conversion goals

Set a goal per workflow (user upgrades to Pro, completes onboarding, hits a usage milestone). Contacts who achieve the goal exit the flow immediately, no more sends that miss the moment. SegMailer reports the conversion rate for every workflow as a first-class metric, alongside opens and clicks.
