How isolation works
Contacts, segments, campaigns, templates, and analytics are scoped to a workspace. There is no cross-workspace data leakage. A contact in Workspace A is not visible in Workspace B even if they share the same email. Workspace switching is one click in the dashboard; API calls are scoped to the workspace whose key is used.
Agency use case
Add a workspace per client. Each client gets their own sending domain (support@clientA.com, updates@clientB.com), their own team members (the agency PM + the client contact), their own segments and campaigns, their own analytics dashboard. One agency login, clean separation.
Multi-product SaaS use case
Two SaaS products under one team: product A's onboarding emails stay in Workspace A; product B's in Workspace B. If a customer signs up for both, they're independent contacts in each workspace, which is exactly right.
