Defining a conversion

A conversion is any contact state change you care about. Common goals: plan changes to Pro, onboarding_completed is true, first_payment_at is set, activation_score >= 5. Define once per campaign; SegMailer watches the condition and counts the conversion the moment it flips.

Attribution you can trust

Every email in a workflow gets its own row in the conversion funnel. You can see that email #2 drove 60% of conversions while email #4 drove 5%, then kill email #4 with confidence. Attribution is last-touch by default with lookback windows configurable per campaign.
